Return Policy
- Flooring Terminal offers a 30-day window in which customers can exchange or return a product and ask for store credit only.
- A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns.
- Please allow up to 3 days for your store credit to process.
- Returned items must be accompanied by original bill and must be returned in original packaging.
- No returns or exchange on accessories such as moldings.
- Color variation may occur for different batch due to manufacturing process. We shall not be responsible if DIFFERENT BATCH products with color variation installed together.
- Purchaser is responsible to check and report any discrepancies of the order confirmation before we deliver the goods, otherwise the order confirmation is deemed accepted.
